Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to your name, phone number and email address if you send them through a form on this site. It describes what the system actually does, not what a template says it might do.
Who is responsible
The project is by Magnolia Infrastructure Development Limited, and the sale is handled by Cushman & Wakefield. This site and the systems behind it are run on the developer's behalf by Muffin Media, which processes your details only on their instruction.
What we collect, and only this

We do not ask for, and the forms cannot accept, your income, your PAN, your Aadhaar, your address or any payment detail. Nobody from this site will ever ask you for those by email.
Why we have it
To answer your enquiry about Magnolia Delight, and for nothing else. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass them to other builders or brokers.
Who can see it
- The sales team at Cushman & Wakefield, who make the call.
- Magnolia Infrastructure Development Limited, on a dashboard showing enquiries for this project only.
- Muffin Media, who run the system.
Where it is kept, and who else is involved
- Supabase stores the enquiry, on servers outside India.
- Resend delivers the notification email to the sales team.
- Google Ads is told that an enquiry happened, so we can measure our advertising. Your name, phone number and email are not sent to Google.
- YouTube loads only if you press play on the walkthrough film. Until you do, nothing of theirs runs on the page.
Cookies and measurement
The site loads Google's advertising tag on every page, which sets cookies used to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. There are no other trackers: no Facebook pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps, no chat widget.
If you are in the UK or the European Union, tell us and we will delete anything held about you; a consent banner for those visitors is being added.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or for two years after your last contact with us, whichever is sooner. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted at the end of the campaign.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email digital@magnoliainfrastructure.co.in or call +91 87 9203 7654 and say so plainly. We will act within thirty days and we will not ask you why.
If you would rather not use a form at all, call the number above. Nothing on this site has to be filled in to get an answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
